Strength & Conditioning provided by CrossFit Rebels:
Begins the first week of January
Mondays and Wednesday from 3-4 pm at Crossfit Rebels, 2077 Sunnydale Blvd, Clearwater, 33765; just 2 blocks north of The Athletic House.
Cost is $90/month for 8 sessions. Monthly package is required for training. Training frequency ensures progress and success. Each cycle is one month long, and the cycles build on each other so the earlier the athlete starts, the more benefit they’ll see.
*First timers must start on the first Monday of the month, in a brand new cycle to ensure proper orientation occurs.
